Monte by Montecristo opens up a new chapter for the classic Montecristo cigar brand, as did the earlier release of Romeo by Romeo y Julieta from the same manufacturer, Altadis USA. The cigar is exquisite, handmade with the use of two flavorful binders instead of one. The Nicaraguan Corojo binder and the spicy Dominican Olor binder complement one another, while aged fillers from the Dominican Republic farms in Villa Gonzales and La Canela give punch and complexity to this well-balanced cigar.

This full bodied Monte by Montecristo version is made by cigarmaker AJ Fernandez in Nicaragua. It is a stronger, bolder Monte wrapped in an Ecuadorian Habano leaf, Nicaraguan Criollo 98 binder and inside a blend of Nicaraguan Criollo 98 and Dominican Piloto Cubano.
